Upward Way Homestead

Currently, we are developing a country home for mothers and their children. Located in beautiful Shasta County California, the Upward Way Homestead is perfectly situated on 159 well-watered acres to provide gardening, farm animals, farm to fork cooking classes and outdoor activities and recreation. The home will provide respite for mothers seeking shelter and support due to displacement, domestic violence, or other unfortunate circumstances. We purpose to provide outreach and programs to inner city children in nearby Redding as well as surrounding Northern California area. We are definitively committed to strengthening efforts to advance equity in access to nature to children and families.
